Hangzhou Space Mechinery Co., Ltd. Was found in Hangzhou city in 2018, We focus on auto parts especially steering gear technology research and auto parts oversea marketing. We have more than 15 years of experience in steering system such as steering gear, steering gear CKD parts, steering pump, IBJ, OBJ, I-shaft, bearings, hooks, valves, high strength bolts and nut, rubber parts, plastic parts and sealing concept technology research. There are 13 engineers includes 2 senior engineers in Hangzhou Space Mechinery Co., Ltd. We got 15 PCS patents includes 3 PCS of invention patents. We got the certificate of Zhejiang Province science and technology enterprise, ISO 9001 and EN ISO 12100 quality certification. There is another factory named Zhejiang Space Mechinery Co., Ltd was found in Pujiang city in 2021, This factory is our subsidiary company. We manufacture steering gear core components such as steering control valve, housing, sector shaft, piston and so on by ourselves at Zhejiang Space Mechinery Co., Ltd.

Our chief engineer developed hydraulic power steering gear for Actros truck Daimler Germany, this type of steering gear is the only one which reached SOP for Daimler Germany truck till now in China. And our chief engineer was also responsible for hydraulic power steering gear projects for SCANIA Sweden, Daimler truck North America and LADA NIVA 4*4 for AvtoVaz Russia. We invited around 3 engineers to our team to make our technical center stronger every year. We are master of APQP project management, quality management system such as MSA, SPC and quality issue analysis method such as 8D, 5W2H and so on. We have enough ability to confirm project successfully for customers. We developed SP 8098 steering gear which can replace BOSCH 8098 steering gear totally for KAMZA. We got the patent for this type of steering gear. KAMAZ already approved our technical proposal, KAMAZ have finished the function test on vehicles yet, and the function test result is almost the same level with BOSCH 8098.

Our subsidiary company Zhejiang Space Mechinery Co., Ltd. Plans to invest around 2 million RMB to improve our machining process ability every year. The investment includes core machining process control and core quality process control. There are 2 PCS of cylinder grinders, 1 piece of internal grinder, 1 piece of external thread grinder, 4 PCS of CNC lathes, 2 PCS machine centers, 1 piece of three-in-one grinder, 2 PCS of valve adjustment machine, 1 set of assembly line, 1 piece of CMM, 2 PCS of performance test benches and 2 PCS durability test benches at factory now.

We developed oversea market for America, Germany, South America, South Africa, Spain, Poland and Russia. We only focus on oversea market, our market is not only for after sale market but also for OEM. Our sales amount increased from 3 million RMB in 2018 to 48 million RMB in 2023, and the target sales amount is over 52 million in 2024. What our biggest advantage is technology research, large supplier system and good service for customers, that is why our business keeps growing up year by year. We always believe that product quality is the most important and must be put in the first place.

Our Future strategy is that Hangzhou Space Mechinery Co., Ltd. Become one of the most competitive companies in steering system in China. We are developing EPS steering gears includes H-EPS, M-EPS for commercial vehicles, and we are also developing HPS with small type steering vale for light duty truck and pickup vehicles. Consider steering system for commercial vehicles business is very large all over the world, and for Bosch controlled around 60% business all over the world.
